Hello from the European capital of culture?

Hello people, my names Jeff and I'm from Liverpool in England birthplace of the Beatles and the equally outstanding Shack (well worth a listen if you can find any of their stuff).  I've been a massive fan of Steves for a good few years now and was able to see him earlier this year at Manchester, sadly I was a little dissapointed particularly in some of the tracks from Washington SS, I didnt think the DJ worked as good live as it does on cd.  Still it was an honour to be in the same room as perhaps the greatest artist of the last 30 years.  Cheers!

But will you be so happy when Chelsea give your boys an ass-whuppin' tonight?

Poor, Riise. I doubt he got much sleep last night. I thought Liverpool was the better team though. I think they still have a chance, Chelsea at Stamford is not easy though.

I'm a bitter evertonian so I was rather chuffed to see Riises moment of glory.  Hope the Mancs win the whole thing even with old potato face in the line up.

I think that they will. I hope Barcelona wins, but Man U. looks incredibly strong this time around.

0-0. We'll do 'em good and proper at Old Trafford!

Yep. You are most probably right. Gotta hand it to Sir Alex, it was a tactical victory. It wasn't all that fun to watch Man U. defend themselves with 9 players for 90 minutes, but they got the result they wanted. The most satisfying moment was when the windmill who goes down faster than a street h*****r in Tijuana, Christiano Ronaldo, blew the penalty.

But, Barcelona have themselves to blame only, they owned the game, but didn't deliver. Your boys will probably eat them up at their home turf.

It's good to see the really important issues getting discussed. I reckon both semis are still up for grabs, although Tuco's right: we'll have 'em at home!

By the way, has anybody else read that Steve reckon's he's an Arsenal fan? Normally, that man can do or say little wrong in my eyes - but I reckon he should stick to baseball.

Yep, seems to be the case.

Steve also said he's an Arsenal fan because he has a natural affinity for the underdog. He should really follow Macclesfield Town.

And whilst I agree with his thoughts on Oasis, I'm sure the Gallagher brothers would be alarmed to learn they're Man U fans.
