Justin Townes Earle: Living 'The Good Life'

I was just browsing and stumbled upon this so I thought i'd share it with everyone. Justin was on World Cafe yesterday and they have the show up to listen to.

     Justin Townes Earle (300)

World Cafe, May 6, 2008 - Named for singer-songwriter Townes Van Zandt and offspring to Steve Earle, Justin Townes Earle plays music that's a credit to his roots. His debut, The Good Life, references a wide array of musical influences with a style that sounds at once old and new. The best aspects of classic country take on a tinge of rock to create a uniquely 21st-century Americana record.

Already got the album, which is great.

It's always refreshing to hear good music played, unlike the bland type most

    country stations play nowadays.

Great tunes, can hear the influence of his dad but Justin definitely has his own style and sound too.  Gonna go out and buy it.

I am a big fan of old country and I absolutely love Justin's record.

He's got a true voice and insightful songs.

He's definitely got his own style.

I can't wait to see him in concert this Sunday!
