He could sing Celine Dion songs and I would love it

I doubt Allison would, the only way to get Steve to hit those kind of notes would have to involve a pair of scissors pointed in a certain direction...

    Re: Least Favourite Tune

wow, now see i really like When The People Find Out because it reminds me so much of A. American Southern Baptist Churches i used to attend with a friend from school...in Texas...man, when that choir got wound up, it could lift the roof...incredible....

and, i am right there with Viky and his votes...of course, i just follow Viky around like a puppy dog...arf....

but, i am not that big on the Amerika song, i know i am int he minority, but...well, i have a well worn spot there...

and, i love West Nashville...i turn it up really loud in the ol' van....

but, as most know, too, i am not much of a "Shut Up and Die," fan, but my CD went to a good cause when i sent it to Jenny....

Its funny as Jerusalem is my least favourite Steve album, but Amerika v6.0 is in my top 5 favourite Steve songs!

    Re: Least Favourite Tune

Amerika v6.0 is one of my most favourite tunes from Jerusalem, probably the top. But the lyrics is the Steve's politics which I can't ever fully identify with.

    Re: Least Favourite Tune

My least three favorites are Amanda, Snake Oil, and The Boy Who Never Cried.  I often skip over The Color is Red too and I am not entirely sure why.  It makes me feel uncomfortable, but I think that is the point of it!  Is it the key or the lyrics?  Hard to say.

I absolutely LOVE Amerika v. 6.0.  I do raise the volume on that every time I happen upon it.  Those lyrics!  "We can just build a big wall around the country club and keep the riff-raff out until the slump is through...and Compassionate conservative...conservatively passionate...  are my two favorites.  I get a giggle every time. :)

    Re: Least Favourite Tune

Red is the Color is simply a mess of strange sounds an noises. No song at all. And the title reminds of red stars, red flags of USSR and People's Republic of China Ick! Stick out tongue

    Re: Least Favourite Tune

THE SEEKER. the words are o.k I guess, not compared to who tune of the same name. But the music and guitar are so lame I can't stand it! Every other tune on revolution are Classics...should have left that one off. He usually has a profound awesome ending to his albums..that one didn't do it for me

    Re: Least Favourite Tune

I guess I don't get it...why there is so much discussion about the least favorite tune. Sounds pretty negative to me. Probably enough of that goin' on out in the world as it is these days....OK, that's it, I'll shut up now, just had to exercise my freedom of speech and all....y'all have a great day & keep yer shades on...

    Re: Least Favourite Tune

my friend, you are right...i'm trying to be less negative in a lot of my life's aspects, a challenge because i've always been a "glass half empty" kinda person!!!

maybe we should say "songs loved only 99% instead of 100%....."

on that, i will exit, too, been up since 3 a.m. with another headache and thinking about having my head removed later today....

    Re: Least Favourite Tune

The Seeker was originally the only song from Revolution I liked - I mean when I as a country fan began discovering Steve's music. Now there are much more of them of course :-) /But Condi not!/
