    welcome to the board!!  we have the best folks on earth here with us.....

    we are in Bloomington, a 'burb of Minneapolis...i was born and raised in Texas and was abducted and moved here 20 yrs ago...ha!

    hey, can you make it up to Duluth?????   i know it's a hellofa drive, but Steve's coming back on July 19 and someone told me tickets go on sale areound June 9 at St. Scholastica's Mitchell Auditorium.   i'm saving up my $$$ for the trip myself, figure it will need about $65.00 for gas, i am a freelance writer and have made some extra money of late with that....all going into the kitty.....

    but, anyway, sorry....i blabber on to much...

    keep comin' back, it works (as we say in NA....)

    I was in the front row for the Iowa City show.  Greatest night of my life.

    wow, i know what you mean about the greatest night of your life...we saw him at the Pantages Theater in Minneapolis, it was built in the 30s probably and has been restored, a kind of faded elegance...there were about 1000 seats, we were midway down on the right, but it was like we were right up front...i never sat down one time that night.....and, when we see him in July, that theater holds 500!!!!  hoping i can meet again and have him sign my Copperhead Road CD....it was a night i will be talking about when i am 80...."oh, geeze, there goes Grandma babbling again about that Steve guy....."  ha!
